REGGAE TENNIS RULES

Reggae Tennis uses a single set hybrid scoring system.

SINGLE SET : First to 7 games by two. Play a 7 Point Tie Breaker at 6-6

Point Calculations:
The winner receives 6 points for a win (even in the case a tie breaker)
The loser receives points equivalent to the number of games won for a maximum of 5 points.
In the event of a tie breaker the loser receives 5 points.

Example match score 6-4 winner receives 6 points. loser receives 4 points

Example match score 7-5 winner receives 6 points, loser receives 5 points

Example match score 7-6 Tie Breaker winner receives 6 points, loser receives 5 points

Top 2 in points advance to the Final
If there is a tie in points, a 7 point tie-breaker will decide who advances 

PLAYER RANKING SYSTEM: Player rankings are based on cumulative points. The more you play and win the higher your ranking will be.
